| Description: The MC110Z is a quarry grade machine in a size that suits the contractor demanding an easily transported machine. This machine is able to scalp a product before it reaches the crusher box with its fully independent double deck pre-screen boosting production levels and adding to onsite product versatility. The Kleemann pre-screen is completely separate from the feed hopper and works with a 7-9 mm bounce easily scalping 95% of the fines. A hardox deflecting bar is located directly under the jaw to prevent material or rebar from damaging costly conveyor belts. The jaw is outfitted with a fully hydraulic gap adjustment and hydraulic drive enabling the user to run the jaw forward or reverse in order to fine tune the desired final product. With a 177hp diesel engine driving the hydraulic jaw and generator that runs the discharge belt motors, vibrating pre-screen motor, and magnet belt motor, the MC110Z produces high tonnage with unrivaled fuel efficiency. | |
